9-45-21. Combined resolution for substantially uniform improvement of more than one street or alley. The improvement of more than one street, alley, or public way may be embraced in one proposed resolution if such improvement is substantially uniform as to all streets, alleys, and public ways embraced therein. Minor variations in the amount of earth work, drainage, or labor or other minor variations in the construction expense on different portions of the proposed improvement project shall not be considered as any departure from the uniformity above required.
