Section 9-43-9 - Apportionment of assessments against property within area benefited.
9-43-9. Apportionment of assessments against property within area benefited. Such entire amount, or any portion thereof which is assessable against all the real property within any district or area benefited by the improvement, shall be apportioned as provided in this title with respect to the particular improvement for which the assessment is levied.
