Section 9-43-6 - Determination of amount assessed against each lot.

9-43-6. Determination of amount assessed against each lot. The amount to be assessed against each lot for any local improvement for which special assessments are to be levied shall be determined as provided by §§ 9-43-7 to 9-43-10, inclusive.
