Section 9-43-16 - Rejection and preparation of new assessment roll.

9-43-16. Rejection and preparation of new assessment roll. If the governing body shall reject the assessment roll, a new one shall be made and filed, and notice thereof shall be given and hearing thereon shall be had as in the first instance.
