Section 55-12-8 - Perpetual care and maintenance fund--Use of income.

55-12-8. Perpetual care and maintenance fund--Use of income. Only the income from the perpetual care and maintenance guarantee fund shall be used for the care and maintenance of the cemetery for which it was established.
