Section 5-24-8 - Failure to account for public property as misdemeanor.

5-24-8. Failure to account for public property as misdemeanor. Any officer who fails to comply with any of §§ 5-24-1 to 5-24-7, inclusive, shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
