Section 5-17-12 - Direct payment of workers' compensation liability.

5-17-12. Direct payment of workers' compensation liability. The State Cement Plant Commission is authorized to pay all liability incurred under the workers' compensation law out of the cement plant fund in lieu of carrying workers' compensation insurance.
