46A-10A-32. Copy of recorded vested right sent to Department of Water and Natural Resources. After a vested drainage right is recorded with a county register of deeds under the provisions of § 46A-10A-31, the register of deeds shall transmit a copy of the registration to the Department of Water and Natural Resources.
