Section 46A-7A-60 - Bonds to raise funds in addition to contract with United States.

46A-7A-60. Bonds to raise funds in addition to contract with United States. If any contract for construction is made with the United States as provided in § 46A-7A-54 and bonds are required to raise funds in addition to the amount of the contract, they shall be issued only in the amount needed.
