Section 46A-7A-160 - Cooperation by Department of Game, Fish and Parks.

46A-7A-160. Cooperation by Department of Game, Fish and Parks. The Department of Game, Fish and Parks shall cooperate with and assist the district in implementing wildlife habitat enhancement and mitigation measures commensurate with irrigation development.
