Section 43-18-10 - Chainmen and other assistants--Liability for payment for services.

43-18-10. Chainmen and other assistants--Liability for payment for services. All necessary chainmen and other assistants must be paid for their services by the person for whom the survey is made, unless otherwise specially agreed.
