Section 41-22-2 - Inclusion of sale or lease of personal property in agreement.

41-22-2. Inclusion of sale or lease of personal property in agreement. The lease or lease-purchase agreement authorized in § 41-22-1 may also include the negotiated sale or lease of the personal property including nursery stock at the facility, notwithstanding any other provision of law.
