Section 41-22-1 - Authorization of lease or lease-purchase agreement.

41-22-1. Authorization of lease or lease-purchase agreement. The Governor may negotiate a long-term lease, not to exceed twenty years, or a lease-purchase agreement for the operation of the state tree nursery.
