Section 41-12-8 - Prohibited bait--Violation as misdemeanor.

41-12-8. Prohibited bait--Violation as misdemeanor. No person may use carp, goldfish, and game fish (except cleanings thereof) in hook and line fishing. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
