Section 41-8-37.1 - Hunting from motorcycle as misdemeanor.

41-8-37.1. Hunting from motorcycle as misdemeanor. It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for any person to chase, drive, harass, or hunt any game animal or game bird with or from a motorcycle.
