Section 41-6-16.1 - Mourning doves--Hunting by minor--Violation as misdemeanor.

41-6-16.1. Mourning doves--Hunting by minor--Violation as misdemeanor. The hunting of mourning doves by a minor is a Class 2 misdemeanor unless the minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
