40-8-4. Notice by officer to corral sheep for examination. If the Animal Industry Board has been notified or has reason to believe that sheep scabies exist in any locality or in any flock of sheep and examination is necessary or advisable, he shall notify the owner or person in charge of such sheep to gather them into a suitable enclosure in order that the sheep may be properly examined and inspected.
