Section 40-6-23 - Compensation restricted to sexually entire animals.
40-6-23. Compensation restricted to sexually entire animals. No compensation may be paid by the State of South Dakota under § 40-6-22 except for breeding cattle, which means any bovine animal which is sexually entire at the time when such animal is slaughtered, as provided in this chapter.
