40-6-21. Approval of indemnity payments for entire herd when seriously infected. If, in the discretion and judgment of the Animal Industry Board, a herd of cattle is so seriously infected with bovine tuberculosis as to warrant disposal of the entire herd, the board may approve indemnity payments on all cattle in such herd whether infected, or not, in accordance with the limits set forth in §§ 40-6-22 to 40-6-26, inclusive, for slaughtered animals.
