39-9-8. Mislabeled butter treated as misbranded food--Punishment of violation. If butter is mislabeled within the meaning of this chapter and the regulations issued hereunder, the same shall be deemed misbranded within the meaning of § 39-4-18 and any violation of the section or regulations issued thereunder shall be punished as provided by § 39-4-18.
