39-9-7. Grading and labeling procedures prescribed by secretary. The secretary of agriculture may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to establish methods and procedures to be used for ascertaining quality, grades, grading, labeling, and for arbitrating disputes with respect to grades.
