38-7A-6. Maximum period of certification--Removal of certification. The certification of a new or renovated shelterbelt under the provisions of this chapter may not exceed ten years. The State Conservation Commission shall remove the certification of any shelterbelt which does not meet the guidelines provided in § 38-7A-2.
