Section 37-1-16 - General law of injunction applicable.
37-1-16. General law of injunction applicable. All laws, rules, and regulations relative to applications for and granting of orders of injunction in force in this state shall apply to proceedings under the provisions of this chapter so far as the same are not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
