Section 36-32-4 - Length of term--Number of terms.

36-32-4. Length of term--Number of terms. Appointments to the board shall be for terms of three years and begin on July first. No member of the board may serve for more than three successive full terms. Appointment to an unexpired term is not considered a full term.
