36-4B-10. Implementation and approval of educational programs in advanced life support--Applications for approval. Educational programs for instruction of advanced life support personnel shall be implemented by the Department of Public Safety and approved by the board. Schools or institutions offering such programs shall submit applications for approval on forms provided by the board.
