Section 34A-13-44 - Administration and defense of third-party claims.

34A-13-44. Administration and defense of third-party claims. The board may contract with the fund established by § 3-22-1 for administration and defense of third-party claims as provided in §§ 34A-13-41 and 34A-13-42, inclusive.
