Section 34-24-14 - Violation as to ophthalmia neonatorum as misdemeanor.

34-24-14. Violation as to ophthalmia neonatorum as misdemeanor. Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 34-24-6 to 34-24-15, inclusive, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
