34-20A-32. Regional divisions for prevention and treatment services. The Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse may divide the state into appropriate regions for the development and coordination of prevention and treatment services on a regional level. In establishing the regions, consideration shall be given to municipality, and county lines and population concentrations.
