Section 34-20A-22 - Encouragement of insurance coverage for alcoholism and drug abuse.

34-20A-22. Encouragement of insurance coverage for alcoholism and drug abuse. The Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse shall encourage all health and disability insurance programs to include alcoholism and drug abuse as covered illnesses.
