Section 34-13-13 - Violation or unlicensed operation as misdemeanor.

34-13-13. Violation or unlicensed operation as misdemeanor. Any person establishing, conducting, managing, or operating any institution without a license, or who violates any provision of this chapter, is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
