Section 32-7A-8 - Disposition of fees.

32-7A-8. Disposition of fees. The county treasurer shall report and forward the fees collected under the provisions of this chapter to the Department of Revenue and Regulation . The department shall deposit the fees in the state motor vehicle fund.
