Section 3-7-21 - Programs to improve employee effectiveness.

3-7-21. Programs to improve employee effectiveness. The division heads shall develop programs for the improvement of employee effectiveness, including training, safety, health, counseling, performance appraisal, within the rules adopted by the Law Enforcement Civil Service Commission.
