Section 11-11-91 - Circuit court jurisdiction of proceedings by trustee.

11-11-91. Circuit court jurisdiction of proceedings by trustee. The circuit court shall have jurisdiction of any suit, action, or proceeding by the trustee on behalf of bondholders or noteholders.
