11-11-162. Orders by authority to comply with laws and regulations--Prosecution of violations. As a condition of a mortgage loan or other financing, the authority shall have the power, at all times during the construction or rehabilitation of a housing development or housing project by a housing sponsor and the operation thereof, to order any managing agent, housing development manager, or owner of a housing development to do such acts as may be necessary to comply with the provisions of all applicable laws, ordinances or building codes or any rule or regulation of the authority or the terms of any agreement concerning said development or to refrain from doing any acts in violation thereof and in this regard the authority shall be a proper party to file a complaint and to prosecute thereon for any violations of laws, ordinances, or building codes as set forth herein.
