10-41-18. Copy of report mailed to department--Department receipt filed with clerk. A copy of the report required by § 10-41-17 shall forthwith be mailed by such personal representative, or the attorney representing him, to the Department of Revenue and Regulation and the receipt of such department therefor shall be filed with the clerk.
