Section 10-1-2 - Secretary as head of department--Appointment and term of office.

10-1-2. Secretary as head of department--Appointment and term of office. The head of the Department of Revenue and Regulation is the secretary of revenue and regulation, who shall be appointed by the Governor, by and with the consent of the senate, and serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
