1-47-8. Division of Securities transferred. The Division of Securities, created pursuant to § 47-31A-406(c) and its functions in the former Department of Commerce and Regulation are transferred to the Department of Revenue and Regulation. The secretary of the Department of Revenue and Regulation shall perform the functions of the former secretary of the Department of Commerce and Regulation, relating to the Division of Securities.
