Section 1-46-4 - Divisions and agencies constituting department.

1-46-4. Divisions and agencies constituting department. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs shall consist of the Division of Veterans Affairs and such other divisions and agencies as may be created by law, executive order, or administrative action and placed under the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
