1-40-7.1. Performance of functions of state geologist relating to oil and gas conservation. The functions of the state geologist relative to oil and gas conservation, pursuant to § 45-1-4 and chapter 45-9, are transferred to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the secretary of environment and natural resources.
