Section 1-36A-1.22 - Promulgation of rules--Compliance of officers and employees.

1-36A-1.22. Promulgation of rules--Compliance of officers and employees. The Department of Human Services may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 for the discipline and order of any of its institutions and the management thereof, and the officers and employees of such institutions shall comply with all directions and rules of the department.
