1-11-4.2. Consumer and commercial affairs functions of attorney general. The Office of the Attorney General shall perform the functions of the former Division of Consumer Protection of the former Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs relating to consumer affairs, chapter 37-23, and deceptive trade practices and consumer protection, chapter 37-24 and of the Division of Commercial Inspection and Regulation of the Department of Public Safety relating to peddlers and solicitors, chapter 37-13, and buying clubs, chapter 37-26.
