§ 9-6-15 - Pleading of equitable defense in district courts.

SECTION 9-6-15

   § 9-6-15  Pleading of equitable defense indistrict courts. – In any action at law, pending in a district court, the plaintiff or thedefendant may plead any equitable defense, upon which an unconditional judgmentcan be rendered for the party pleading the defense.
