§ 9-5-31 - Filing fee for power of attorney.

SECTION 9-5-31

   § 9-5-31  Filing fee for power of attorney.– A fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid to the secretary of state, for theuse of the state, upon the filing in his or her office of any paper required tobe filed by §§ 9-5-29 – 9-5-32.
