§ 9-32-5 - Fees.

SECTION 9-32-5

   § 9-32-5  Fees. – Any person filing a foreign judgment shall pay to the clerk of court the filingfee required by the court. Fees for docketing, transcription, or otherenforcement proceedings shall be as provided for judgments of the court of thisstate.
