§ 9-29-12 - Certification and search fees.

SECTION 9-29-12

   § 9-29-12  Certification and search fees.– To all recording and certifying officers, unless otherwise specificallyprovided, there shall be allowed:

   (1) For every page of 100 words recorded or copies  $  .20

   (2) For searching the records by the hour   1.00
