§ 9-26-11 - Attachment void unless mortgage redeemed or property sold.

SECTION 9-26-11

   § 9-26-11  Attachment void unless mortgageredeemed or property sold. – If the mortgage is not redeemed by the plaintiff or sold as provided in §9-26-8, before the time of redemption expires, the attachment shall become void.
