§ 9-25-6 - Style of executions.

SECTION 9-25-6

   § 9-25-6  Style of executions. – Executions issued by any court shall issue in the name of the state of RhodeIsland and Providence Plantations and shall be signed, sealed, and run in likemanner as original writs.
