§ 9-25-13 - Variation of forms to comply with law.

SECTION 9-25-13

   § 9-25-13  Variation of forms to complywith law. – The court issuing an execution in any case in which no form shall be prescribedmay vary the forms as provided in this chapter so as to comply with the lawgoverning the particular case.
