§ 9-24-9 - Summons of additional parties on appeal or certification.

SECTION 9-24-9

   § 9-24-9  Summons of additional parties onappeal or certification. – The supreme court, in any cause pending before it on appeal or certification,may order any person having an interest in the subject matter, not a party tothe cause, to be summoned in and made a party thereto.
