§ 9-17-22 - Expert fees as costs.

SECTION 9-17-22

   § 9-17-22  Expert fees as costs. – Fees of experts, except as provided in the Rules of Evidence, shall not beallowed as part of the costs in any case in excess of the fees allowed forordinary witnesses.
